Hitchcock Nature Center, Loess Hills

Sunday October 30, 2022     –     2:30 pm Start.   Meet at the Florence Library to carpool at 2 pm.  If driving directly to the Nature Center, meet at 2:30pm at the Visitors’ Center at the far end of the drive through the park.  (Fee is $5 per car, paid to the iron ranger at the park entrance.)  There will be two options for walks.  First will be walking along Fox Run Ridge out to a scenic overlook and back.  The second will be walking down into the woods and later up on the ridge for scenic views of the countryside.  Walking sticks may be helpful for the latter walk.    Leader  –  Pamela M.  402-218-5714
