Adopt-a-Road Walk – Douglas County

Sunday, April 2, 2023 – 2 pm Start. This will be our first “Adopt-a-Road” litter pick-up walk. Splitting into two groups, we will start from a center point and walk one mile out and back (on the other side of the road) for a two mile walk. We will start at Anchor pointe Elementary School. One group will walk north on 168th St to State St., while the other group walks south to Fort St. before both return to the school. Directions: Meet at the Anchor Pointe Elementary School, using the back entrance on the west side (just north off Ida St. and west of 168th St.) (There is no signage at the back.)
