Adopt-a-Road Roadside Cleanup #3

Sunday, April 7, 2024     –     2 pm Start.    This 3rd trash pickup along 168th St between State St. and Fort St. will be much easier than the first time!  The group will split into two, with one group going north from Anchor Pointe Elementary School as far as State St., and the other group going south as far as Fort St.  Both will return on the opposite side of the street.

Meet in the south parking lot at the back of Anchor Pointe Elementary School, which is just north of Ida St.  Turn West off 168th St. to reach the parking lot.  Douglas County will provide safety vests, pic sticks, and garbage bags.  You may take a bucket to collect trash, which then will be transferred to the large garbage bags.  (The county will collect the full bags.)
