SUMMARY:American Heroes Park - Bellevue
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, March 1\, 2026     –     2 pm Start.    This 1.4 mile walk will take us into the woods at the north edge of American Heroes Park.  (If muddy\, we may wander around the pond on the .62 mile paved trail.) \nDirections    –    Drive east on Mission Ave. passing through downtown Bellevue.  Just before reaching the toll bridge across the Missouri River\, turn north into American Heroes Park.  Drive past the playground to the farthest parking lot where we will meet to start the walk. \n  \nLeader    –    Charlene S.    402-536-9357

SUMMARY:Seymour Smith Park
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, March 8\, 2026     –     2 pm Start.    This two mile walk will be on flat terrain\, with the distance to be adjusted according to the weather.   The park has a disc golf course\, if you’d like to take a frisbee to play. \nThe park is east of 72nd St. and north of Harrison St.  Enter from Harrison St. and drive past the skate park.  Follow the road until you get to our meeting place at the playground area. \nNote:    This is the first day of Daylight Savings Time\, so don’t forget to “spring forward” an hour. \nLeader    –    Maureen D.    402-319-9430

SUMMARY:Lauritzen Gardens
